Proposal for new meeting schedule for 2005

The time has come to consider changing our meeting day and also the frequency of our meetings.  Attendance is poor and Wednesday evenings is a popular night for all cubs to meet and that limits our options for available rooms.  The thought process is to hold meeting as follows.

January

February

MARCH     Meeting time proposed to be at 7:00PM .  These months will allow us to schedule our season and set up committees to handle the various events.  The committees for each event can call special meetings to organize as required.

June

September    Meeting time proposed to  be 8:00PM
