Next Club Meeting January, 15 @ 8:00 PM

The meeting was called to order at 8:00 PM with 27 members in attendance. The minutes of the last meeting were accepted as read.

The Treasurer reported and accepted as follows, Nov. beginning balance $7,566.65, Income $1,245.00, Expenses $1,642.73, Closing balance $7,168.92.

IMAA Event- Aug 30 & 31, 40-60 Flyers Expected.

Paved Runway/ Leveling the field- Will continue to try to improve the field by filling, seeding, etc, with rolling.

Additional Parking- Fred Meyer & Ron Czikowsky will talk to Gadbois when we re-sign the lease (end Dec.)

Web Site- Fred Meyer will set up a meeting, consisting of a group involved with the newsletter and website people. To go over issues involved with putting our newsletter online.

2003 Club Officers- - President-Fred Meyer, VP- Lou Carpio, Secretary-Diane Carpio, Treasurer-Ron Czikowsky, Safety Officer-Bob Boudreau, Field Marshall- Jack Holmgren, Newsletter Editor-Bernie Liskov with help from Rich Ippolito, BOD-Lester Smith, & Dennis Duplice. Financial Agent - Fred Meyer.

Camp Odetah - Sat June 14, You must contact Dick Wilkins if you are interested, He has received an Informal Invite (fly about 1 hour total) Float planes off the water for spectators (guests at the campground) He will try to get the date changed as to not conflict with the NENATS date.

Bob Berringer Memorial Event- Much discussion as to have this event 1 day instead of 2. Motion, Vote, Will remain a 2 day event

Christmas Club Banquet- Next year- We will need to set a date ASAP to get a good place on the weekend we want. Looking at possibly first weekend in December (6^{th). Definitely want to have one next year but when. Christmas or maybe February (Valentines?) Motion made to have banquet- when? - Tabled.}

Diane’s Dues- Motion, Vote, Passed. To pay Diane Carpio’s AMA dues. As she does not fly but must be a member of AMA to hold an office in the club.

Most Improved Flyer Award- This year it was awarded to ^{Bernie Liskov, Congrats and a well-deserved award.}

R/C Propbusters- We will be looking into the paperwork on the club from the state, and the difference Non-profit, Unincorporated, Incorporated, Etc.

Seminar at meeting- Darin Bellis held a Seminar at the end of the meeting. “Fuselage construction of a Combat Plane”.

New member- 1 new member was voted in. Fredrick Madden, welcome to the club.

Plane of the Month- Ted Campanelli with a FW-56
